2. Fill out the form.
3. Submit the form below and attach the order form.
4. We’ll contact you to arrange payment.

If you don’t want to send it electronically you can simply write your team bulk order on a piece of paper and mail it to us or just give us a call.  Include the Parents Name, Phone #, Email Address, Player Info (Name, Number, Team Name, ect) and the quantity of magnets and/or stickers.
